T-VAN HIRE CONDITIONS

Rental $550 per week including GST. Minimum hire 2 weeks Hirer minimum age 25 years Booking fee $550 deposit Full payment to be made 30 days prior to hire pick up date Cancellation fee $550 Collision Damage Waiver $1000, to be processed with credit card, at or prior to pickup Return of $1000 damage waiver less any costs, to be returned to Hirer within 14 days of return of T-Van T-Van must be returned cleaned to pick-up point, 194 Grange Rd Fairfield Vic 3078 on agreed day. Recovery from any other place will be charged out at $300 per day, or part there of Damage of any sort must be reported to 194 Grange Rd, Fairfield Vic 3078, 03 9497 3899 before any repair can be authorised Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the Hirer. Any tyre replacement must be of approved type. Contact 194 Grange Rd, Fairfield, 03 9497 3899 before replacing any tyres. Extension of hire only by prior arrangement before return date Any late returns will be charged at $100 per day Any extension of hire will be at normal hire rates

NO GO AREAS

Any part of Canning Stock Route and any Alpine logging or fire tracks Any beaches and any island, including Fraser Island Any salt water environment where salt water will come in contact with any part of the T-Van Any areas where T-Van will be immersed in salt, fresh water or muddy area above wheel bearing height (ie1/2 up wheels) Any accidental or unavoidable immersion in salt, fresh water or muddy areas as to cause corrosion to T-Van must be washed off with pressure hose at the earliest convenience Any area corroded will incur repair and paint penalty
