VISTA RV HIRE CONDITIONS

Rental $110 per day including GST. Minimum hire 14 days.  Hirer minimum age 25 years Booking fee $770 deposit Full payment to be made at Trailer pick up date. Cancellation fee $770 per booking. Collision Damage Waiver & holding deposit $1000, to be processed with credit card, at Trailer pickup point. Return of $1000 damage waiver & holding deposit, less any costs, to be returned to Hirer within 14 days of return of Vista RV.  Trailer must be returned cleaned to pick-up point, ( A cost of $200 applies for Trailers returned uncleaned) 194 Grange Rd Fairfield Vic 3078 on agreed day. Recovery from any other place will be charged out at $200 per day, or part there of plus any additional towing costs. Damage of any sort must be reported to 194 Grange Rd, Fairfield Vic, 03 94973899 before any repair can be authorised Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the Hirer. Any tyre replacement must be of approved type. Contact 194 Grange Rd, Fairfield, 03 9497 3899 before replacing any tyres. Extension of hire only by prior arrangement before return date Any late returns will be charged at $100 per day

NO GO AREAS

Any part of Canning Stock Route, Gunbarrel Hwy and any Alpine logging or fire tracks Any beaches including Frazer Island or any island. Any salt water environment where salt water will come in contact with any part of the Trailer. Any areas where Trailer will be immersed in salt water, fresh water or mud to above wheel bearing height (ie1/2 up wheels) Any accidental or unavoidable immersion in salt, fresh water or muddy areas  to cause corrosion to Trailer must be washed off with pressure hose at the earliest convenience Any area corroded will incur repair and paint penalty or disc brake system repair costs or other repair costs
